Tahara Detox Diet Program overview

    [ Tahara Detox Diet Programs ]

A. Pre-diet
(3 -14days)
  • 1 week bulking diet to prepare and begin detoxification program with body composition analysis, yoga, sauna, exercise, planning and more!
B. Cleansing
( 1-3 weeks )
  • Cleansing body system & reducing extra fat with Tahara Detox Formula, proper exercise, yoga, cupping treatments and far-infrared sauna.
  • Dramatic changes can be seen as masses of accumulated waste are expelled as the body rids itself of toxins. However, digestion usually improves immediately as do many organ and nerve functions.
  • 10-15% of total body weight will be reduced very easily after this 14 day Tahara Detox Diet.
C. Rebuilding
(same days
as cleansing period)
  •   The key to a successful Tahara Detox Diet is coming out of it slowly.
  •   Limited sodium intake is very important during this period. You may get facial swelling if you have a lot of sodium at this time.
  •   A diet comprising mainly fresh and simplely prepared food is the best option. It should be very low in trans or hydrogenated fat, sugar, caffeine, sugar, diary, and tobacco.
D. Maintenance
  •  Keeping your body clean and toxin free is very important after detoxification. A healthy lifestyle should incorporate the five pillars of anti-aging namely exercise, diet, supplementation, stress reduction and hormonal enhancement.  
Doctor's Supervision

A doctor or knowledgeable practitioner should supervise anyone in poor health or without detox diet experience. If a detox exceeds three to five days, regular monitoring, including physical examination and blood work should be done regularly. Modified fasting has been known to significantly reduce blood lipids and, less commonly, proteins. Minerals and the complete blood count should be monitored to allow early intervention if necessary.


    [ GUIDELINES FOR TAHARA DETOX DIET ]

1. This program must be voluntary.

2. Consult your primary care provider to find out if a detox diet is appropriate for you. A detox diet should not be used by pregnant or nursing women, children, or people with anemia, eating disorders (Bulimia or anorexia), AIDS and other immune dysfunction, lowered immunity, low blood pressure, adrenal problems, epilepsy and advanced cancers unless recommended and supervised by your primary care provider.

3. Do not stop taking any medication without consulting the prescribing doctor or your family physician. But, usually your blood pressure will go down. You should monitor your blood pressure everyday.

4. You must go into and come out of detox period slowly, or else this will be less helpful. Take a few days or even weeks after the program to reintroduce grains, dairy, and meats.

5. Don't take vitamins during the fast; taking vitamin C is optional.

6. You must have good elimination. sweating often is a tremendous help.

7. You may have discharges of the lungs, nose, or intestines. This is normal and a good sign. You may also have skin eruptions as your body detoxifies.

8. Watch the amount and color of urine and fecal output.

9. Check your tongue, eyes, skin color, and hair texture daily.

10. Feel proud of yourself for doing such a great thing for your body, mind and spirit!
