Job Title: 2. Clinical Research Scientist

The Clinical Research Scientist is a key staff position, as our business is based on scientific knowledge and research.  The Clinical Research Scientist will conduct research to develop the most effective and beneficial procedures taken from Oriental medicine traditions for a juice fasting program. 

They will be required to:

• Develop methodologies and techniques for utilizing the In-Body 520 Body Composition Analyzer for research into the effects of the Fermented Juice Fasting Program;


• Plan and direct studies to investigate the most effective and beneficial Oriental medicine herbs to be used during juice fasting;


• Evaluate the effects of various traditional herbs on the body during a juice fast;


• Develop effective, beneficial, new herbal formulas in conjunction with the research;


• Teach principles of the Fermented Juice Fasting Program to physicians and alternative medicine practitioners;


• Help to develop written and other graphic materials to distribute for educational and marketing purposes reflecting research findings;


• Confer with health department, industry personnel, Oriental medicine specialist colleagues, and others to help to develop fasting safety procedures and public health improvement programs;


• Attend conferences and seminars to keep informed about related developments in the field and to present findings when appropriate.


• The successful candidate for this position will have a thorough knowledge of biology, mathematics, Oriental medicine, and chemistry.

Educational Requirement: PhD of Science in Oriental Medicine
